How it works

When is ordering available?

An email is sent out to all subscribers when Techie Chef is taking new orders that week. Ordering begins Fridays at 7PM and ends on Sundays at 7PM.

Will food items be warm?

Food items will not be warm. Food is cooked and ready to reheat.  To reheat, we suggest on the stove top for best results. Can be microwaved for 1-3 minutes depending on power of microwave.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administered once your meal order has been submitted.

Ordering

Select which soups or comfort food you’d like . Our menu changes weekly so you’ll always enjoy trying something new. Payment is received at time of order.

How long will meals last?

We can’t guarantee the freshness of our meals beyond five days, but this is largely your preference! Meals should be refrigerated soon after you receive them for maximum freshness. Most soups can also be frozen to extend their freshness by about a week.

Pickup

 Your order will be available for pickup on Thursday 5pm-6pm. If you cannot pickup your order please contact us before 6pm to discuss other pickup options (fees may apply).
